Pulstar Instrument Adjusting

I have been a chiropractor for 40 years and have seen many patients of all ages realize life changing results from chiropractic care.  But chiropractic care is still used by a small percentage of the US population.  Why?

A recent study of 7 million people with health concerns amenable to chiropractic care found that only 7% of them utilized chiropractic.  This study results indicated many people avoided chiropractic care because they are fearful of being hurt in the process of being healed.

To resolve this problem, Dr. Joseph Evans invented a technology for chiropractic to gently analyze the movement of each individual spinal segment with a hand-held probe.  The probe delivers a precise light force to each segment of the spine to analyze the vertebra’s movement using sophisticated piezoelectric sensors. Each vertebra’s movement is displayed in real time, aiding in the identification of mechanical and neurological dysfunctions called vertebral subluxations.

Information from the PulStar is combined with the information from your consultation, health history and exam to develop a diagnosis and treatment plan.

The Pulstar is capable of delivering highly effective, gentle, computer-assisted adjustments using a series of multiple impulses delivered at the appropriate frequency identified during the initial analysis.

To visualize how a Pulstar adjustment works imagine pushing a child on a swing:

         – You can make one big push to send the child soaring high.

         – Or you can make a series of small pushes which, if properly timed, will send the              child soaring just as high but using much gentler forces.

Dr. Lang's Comments

During my first 24 years as a chiropractor I primarily used “hands-on” adjustments.  I enjoyed it and my patients got good results.

16 years ago my first chiropractor – the gentleman who changed my life by introducing me to this astonishing profession – suggested I investigate this new technology called the PulStar.

After thoroughly researching and testing this innovative technology I decided to incorporate PulStar analysis and adjustment into my practice.

The PulStar provides a high degree of diagnostic specificity and an amazingly gentle, yet effective, spinal adjustment .
